Destinations over a 2.5 hours drive each way requires accommodations for 1 night. 1 night accommodation may be requested if driving time needs to start before 5am (i.e. its a 2 hour drive for me but we need to start services at 6:30am, I would need to start driving by 4:30am so accommodations for the night before may be required for early mornings.) If extended services are added and the work day is  7+ hours long an additional night's accommodations may also be required.

Destinations 3.5 - 4+ hours drive each way (i.e. Lake Tahoe) requires accommodations for 2 nights, one day to drive in, one working day, and one day to drive out.

Destinations over a 5 hour drive each way a flight will be requested instead. Only 1 nights accommodations will be required as long as there is a flight out available after my workday. (It is possible to fly in and out in the same day but 1 night accommodation for the night before is preferred to avoid any flight delays that may make me late and to make sure baggage/supplies arrive).

Destinations in different states or international that require a further flight of  4 hours or more (like Hawaii or Mexico), 2 nights of accommodations and flights are required for one travel day, one work day, and one travel day home.

International Destinations may require multiple nights of accommodations (i.e. Europe) depending on overall travel time required.

All travel expenses to be covered by the bride, including but not limited to: mileage for drivable destinations, bridge tolls, road tolls, flights, baggage fees for one checked bag, accommodations, rental car, visas, uber or ride share/shuttle fees (to and from airport/to and from working), any entrance fees for national parks/theme parks or anything like that for needed access, etc. Bride will not need to cover any food stipends for breakfast or lunches/dinners (except when a vendor meal is required for working 8 hours or more), no need to cover any additional Ubers/rideshares when not working or traveling to and from the airport, any gas costs for driving or rental car, and you will not be responsible for additional costs for baggage over one checked bag.
